Job summary

Regal is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations and staff, acting on behalf of Regal to uphold our mission and policies. The role ensures guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth daily functions across projection, concessions, and administration.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, some supervisory theatre experience or completion of Cast Certification, and strong communication and organizational skills for effective leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Willingness to complete Regal management training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise theatre staff and coordinate training.
• Hire, schedule, coach, and counsel employees under GM oversight.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and related systems.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and manage safety and compliance.
• Count and reconcile daily receipts; enforce dress code and policies.
