Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Supervisory experience in a high-volume theatre, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willing and motivated to learn new software systems.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead theatre operations and motivate hourly associates.
• Schedule staff based on forecasted attendance and events.
• Manage cash handling, daily balancing, deposits, and reports.
• Assist with hiring, training and development of team members.
• Maintain guest service standards and resolve issues to recover guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety, and PCI regulations.
