Job summary

Regal is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to operate and supervise a theatre and its staff. The role represents Regal in alignment with our mission and policies. You will train and coach employees, supervise showing operations, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing finances, coordinating concessions, maintaining safety standards, and overseeing scheduling under the General Manager and HR guidance. A high school diploma and supervisory experience support success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand training materials on harassment and discrimination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coach non-management staff; hiring decisions with GM oversight.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and oversee film handling tasks.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and manage cash deposits and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with theatre policies, safety, and dress code.
