Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager for our theatre in the United States. This hourly position focuses on operating and supervising the theatre and its staff, while representing Regal in line with our mission and policies.

You will train and coach team members, manage concessions and show operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and compliance standards. A High School diploma and supervisory experience are required; alcohol certification may be needed where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance and policy enforcement.
• Train, coach and supervise non-management staff.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and maintain theatre systems.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety compliance.
• Count, deposit and reconcile receipts daily.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
