Qualifications

• Must have good public speaking skills and effective communication.
• Ability to lead, coach and supervise staff.
• Experience in handling customer and staff relations and basic budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises an unspecified number of employees.
• Oversees theatre operations and maintain safety and policies.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, coaching, and HR paperwork with GM oversight.
• Operates projection and audio-visual equipment and theatre systems.
• Ensures compliant alcohol handling and mandatory certifications.
