Job summary

Regal is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations and staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and mission. The role covers supervision, training, scheduling, and maintaining projection/AV systems while upholding safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost controls, hiring, and interaction with HR for disciplinary actions. The position requires coordination with the General Manager and adherence to certification programs and ROM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification, or equivalent leadership potential.
• Completion of or progress toward Regal management certification where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Upholding and administering theatre policies.
• Training, developing, coaching and supervising non-management staff.
• Performing all staff positions as required.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
• Monitor risk management for safety and loss prevention.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
• Count and reconcile daily receipts.
• Understand and comply with dress code.
• Complete or progress through the management certification program.
