Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; at least three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification.
• Language Ability: good public speaking and effective written/spoken communication.
• Math Ability: perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
• Reasoning Ability: identify problems, gather data, consider alternatives and act with minimal supervision.
• Computer and Office Skills: experience with PC platforms and basic office programs; use of office equipment.
• Personal Skills: interface well with customers and staff; set priorities and manage time.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: directly supervise unspecified number; train, coach, plan, hire with GM oversight.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise non-management employees and provide coaching.
• Schedule, interview/hire with approval, and manage staffing.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and related systems.
• Ensure theatre policies, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor costs, purchasing, inventory, and maintain receipts reconciliation.
• Promote theatre marketing and schedule movie showtimes.
