Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the theatre's daily operations and cross-train across departments.

You will train staff, enforce policies, and participate in reporting and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. Role includes leadership development through the Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities to progress to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after six months of performance and training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core) within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local/state certifications or health permits where required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre and support all departments.
• Train and coach Team Members in their duties.
• Ensure customer service standards and resolve guest concerns.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to General Manager.
• Enforce dress code and professional conduct among staff.
• Maintain records and assist in administrative tasks.
• Support scheduling and food service training when needed.
