Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will work across all departments, support the General Manager, and train team members in line with Cinemark guidelines.

This role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program and requires flexibility in scheduling. The position emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork, with opportunities to advance to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food handling certification or health card as required by local/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operation and ensure policies are followed.
• Cross-train in all departments to support operations.
• Train and coach team members in their duties and standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and safety across the theatre.
