Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist in theatre operations and ensure policies and standards are met. You will be cross-trained in all departments and train team members while supporting the General Manager.

The role supports advancement to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service, with opportunities to lead guest service improvements and daily theatre tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP) core courses.
• Basic food handling training and any required local certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Works in all departments and advises on theatre operations.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their jobs.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures safety, dress code, and guest service standards are followed.
