Cinemark seeks an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations across departments, ensuring policy adherence and high service standards. Trainees progress to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and gaining experience.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining safety, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting administrative requirements.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete basic food handling training and local certifications as required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for those handling alcohol.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Excellent Guest service.
• Strong cash handling and math skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.

Mansioni

• Assist General Manager and support theatre operations.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports as needed.
• Inspect theatre facilities and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure dress code compliance and high customer service.
• Engage with Guests to enhance service quality.
• Enforce Cinemark guidelines and policies fairly.
• Report Employee relations issues to GM.
