Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, training, and guest service. You will work across departments, follow policies, and help lead daily tasks under the General Manager.

You will complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program and may advance to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager. Requires 18+, high school diploma, flexible hours, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program basics.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Trains and coaches team members in job functions.
• Interacts with guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Reports repairs and safety issues to the General Manager.
• Maintains dress code and compliance with Cinemark guidelines.
• Supports all departments and duties as needed.
