Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure service standards across departments. The role includes training staff, supporting the General Manager, and maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Position includes path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits. On-site, full-time with evening/weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff communication
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions
• Trains and coaches Team Members
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager
• Inspects theatre property and equipment and reports repairs
• Ensures dress code compliance and high service standards
• Interacts with Guests to provide superior customer service
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines fairly and consistently
• Reports Employee relations issues following the protocol
• Performs other duties as assigned
