Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily theatre operations, uphold policies, and provide cross-department support. The role includes training staff and assisting in reporting to the General Manager to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

The position emphasizes safety, excellent customer service, and teamwork as you progress through the Management Accreditation Program toward higher leadership roles.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses: Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in overall theatre operation and ensure policies are followed.
• Support General Manager and communicate with staff.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and guest service standards are met.
