Qualifications

• High school or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and any required local/state certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and support across all theatre departments.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific duties.
• Ensure guest service remains outstanding and policy compliance.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Enforce safety, dress code, and employee relations procedures.
