Cinemark is hiring an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and guest experience. You will be cross trained across departments, coach team members, and assist in administrative tasks. This role provides a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program.

The position requires 18+, high school diploma, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a focus on safety, customer service, and operational standards.
