Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, training, and guest service. You will work across departments, support the General Manager, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and welcoming movie-going experience.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, completion of Cinemark’s accreditation program, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Join our team and grow into senior roles through the Management Accreditation Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for those working with alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance; energetic and friendly attitude.
• Provides excellent Guest service and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager directions and supports staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their specific roles.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures theatre policies and procedures are followed across departments.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior service and address issues.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and PPE use; addresses hazards.
• Works in multiple departments and supports all theatre functions.
