Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, following the General Manager's direction and leading teams across departments. The role involves training staff, ensuring customer service standards, and maintaining safety and compliance.

Progression to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager is possible after completing the Management Accreditation Program. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school/GED, and able to work flexible hours including nights and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Complete basic food handling training and any local certifications.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support GM decisions and communicate with staff.
• Work in all theatre departments and functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect and report on theatre building, property and equipment.
• Ensure dress code compliance and customer service quality.
• Enforce policies and employee relations reporting protocols.
• Identify safety and security issues and address them promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
