Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations and ensure adherence to policies. This role supports all departments and trains employees, with a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program.

Ideal candidates will be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and demonstrate strong guest service, cash handling, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred with completed Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completion of three Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses: Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core.
• Must complete basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and strong cash handling/math skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows General Manager direction and supports staff communications.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Assists in administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness and adherence to Cinemark policies across all departments.
• Interacts with guests to ensure superior customer service and resolve issues.
• Enforces company guidelines and employee relations reporting protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
