Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations across departments. You will follow the General Manager's direction, train staff, and help maintain safety and guest service standards.

The role involves cross-training, administrative support, and opportunities for progression through the Management Accreditation Program. Must be 18+ with flexible hours and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with the staff.
• Responsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Observes and participates in theatre inspections and equipment condition.
• Reports repairs to General Manager.
• Ensures proper dress code and customer service.
• Interacts with Guests to ensure superior service.
• Adapts to cleaning, safety, and security tasks as needed.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
