Job summary

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations across departments, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role progresses through the Management Accreditation Program toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager positions.

The candidate will supervise staff, monitor compliance with policies, and participate in reporting and safety tasks while upholding Cinemark standards and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program basics.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions of the General Manager and support staff.
• Train and coach team members in their roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper dress code across theatre areas.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate with staff and guests to maintain high service standards.
