Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and uphold standards across departments. You will lead, train, and coach staff while ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Pathways include Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. Flexible hours and benefits are included.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to train and lead others and manage multiple tasks.
