Cinemark Assistant Managers assist in the overall operation of the theatre. They ensure policies and procedures are being followed and operational standards are achieved, while cross training across departments to support where needed.

The role provides a path to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and a six‑month tenure.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support General Manager’s decisions in staff communication.
• Work across all departments and theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
