Advancement to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager is possible after completing the Management Accreditation Program and six months of service. The role focuses on supporting the General Manager, maintaining high standards of customer service, and coordinating across theatre departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager directions and support staff.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Assist in preparing reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure guest service excellence and adherence to policy.
