Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications.
• Management members who work with alcohol must complete Safe Alcohol Service training.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have regular and consistent attendance.
• Provides excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and follow directions.
• Support decisions and communicate with staff.
• Work in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspect theatre facilities and equipment and report repairs.
• Enforce dress code and customer service standards.
• Ensure high-quality guest service and safety compliance.
• Manage conflicts professionally and resolve issues.
• Lead others and train teams as needed.
