Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations, ensure policies are followed, and mentor staff. You will be cross-trained across departments to support operations and to develop leadership through the Management Accreditation Program.

Expected to manage multiple tasks, train employees, and maintain high guest service and safety standards, with opportunities for advancement to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the program.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses within the Management Accreditation Program.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certifications when required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training for employees handling alcohol.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Ability to follow directions and take initiative.
• Urgency in response, strong time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and lead others and resolve conflicts.

Mansioni

• Follow the direction of the General Manager.
• Support General Manager’s decisions in staff communications.
• Work in all departments and theatre functions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Inspect theatre, parking, landscaping, and equipment; report repairs.
• Ensure adherence to dress code and customer service standards.
• Communicate with Guests to ensure superior service.
• Enforce Cinemark policies with staff.
• Report employee relations issues to the GM.
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct standards.
• Identify and address safety and security concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
