Responsibilities

• Follow the General Manager’s directions and support decisions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Assist in administrative reporting for the GM.
• Ensure compliance with dress code and grooming standards.
• Promote exceptional guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor safety and security and address hazards and incidents.
