Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations across departments and train team members. You will help ensure policies are followed and standards met while maintaining excellent guest service.

The role provides growth through the Management Accreditation Program with progression to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program components.
• Food handling training and any local certifications where required.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager directions and support decisions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Assist in reports and shop inspections as needed.
• Ensure guest service is consistently excellent.
• Maintain dress code and safety standards across departments.
• Communicate with staff clearly and professionally.
