Cinemark USA, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and staff across departments. You will help implement policies, train employees, and ensure service standards while maintaining a safe, efficient cinema environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and can complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core)
• Basic food handling training and local/state certifications as required
• Safe Alcohol Service training for roles handling alcohol
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Energetic and friendly attitude with excellent guest service
• Accurate cash handling and basic math
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to train and lead others
• Teamwork and ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency
• Good time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to resolve conflicts

Responsabilidades

• Follow General Manager directions and support decisions in staff communication
• Work in all theatre departments and functions as needed
• Train and coach Team Members in their roles
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager
• Inspect theatre facilities and equipment and report repairs
• Enforce dress code and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with Cinemark guidelines and policies
• Report employee relations issues to GM and appropriate channels
• Maintain high work ethic and conduct
• Address safety, security, and high-contact situations
• Perform other duties as assigned
