Regal Entertainment Group in Newport Beach, CA seeks an experienced Theatre Manager to oversee operations, staff, and guest services for a busy cinema. You will manage concessions, ticketing, and maintenance, while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and excellent guest experience.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, strong cash handling, and ability to coordinate show times and promotions. Full-time position with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Education/experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary business education or management experience is preferred.
• Understanding of booth and projection systems is required.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold Regal policies and administer theatre directives.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed at all times.
• Manage inventory, concessions, and spoilage controls.
• Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and train team members.
• Maintain alcohol certification where applicable and compliant.
• Oversee projection, audio-visual systems, and related maintenance.
• Monitor safety, guest relations, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate marketing and show times, and process receipts.
