• Train, coach, and supervise team members while supporting hiring, scheduling, and performance management with GM oversight.
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control, and profitability support.
• Manage theatre operations and facilities, including maintenance, projection and audio-visual systems, and overall building standards.
• Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements; scheduling show times and timely delivery to proper channels.
