Job summary

Regal Entertainment Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise a theatre and its staff, acting as a Regal representative in line with our mission and policies.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, operating projection/AV systems, cash handling, alcohol service compliance, hiring under GM guidance, cost control, maintenance, and promotional activities. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise staff and schedule work under GM oversight.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and maintain related systems.
• Ensure alcohol certification where applicable and compliance with ROM.
• Handle cash deposits and reconcile receipts daily.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and coaching under GM guidance.
• Control costs and manage concession/café stock and inventory.
• Coordinate theatre maintenance and marketing/promotions of features.
