Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to sell and/or serve alcohol per state laws.
• Direct supervision: interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling staff.
• Maintain strict cost controls: payroll, COGS, and supplies.
• Inventory controls for food, beverages, janitorial supplies, and projection bulbs.
• Ensure compliance with health department rules and regulations.
• Provide guest relations, marketing, and promotions for features.
• Knowledge of kitchen and bar maintenance, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen and bar maintenance and sanitation program.
• Supervise theatre maintenance including interior, building, and grounds.
• Maintain inventory and control costs for food, beverages, and supplies.
• Schedule staff to meet demand while controlling labor costs.
• Handle guest questions, complaints, and service recovery.
• Ensure proper handling of all receipts and deposits.
• Train staff in roles such as server, bartender, and box office.
