Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead theatre operations and develop the team, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll drive performance, oversee staff, and support promotions, safety, and theatre presentation in a fast-paced environment. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience.
• Must meet alcohol service requirements, if applicable.
• Completion of Regal training and certification programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring staff performance and guest experience.
• Train, coach, and supervise team members with GM oversight.
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, inventory, and cost controls.
• Maintain theatre facilities, projection and audio-visual systems.
• Coordinate promotions, showtimes, and timely communications.
