Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program
• Completion of Regal's management certification program or potential for VP approval

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise an unspecified number of employees and oversee scheduling, training, coaching and counseling
• Operate all projection and audio-visual equipment, including maintenance and programming
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service training and state/local laws when applicable
• Manage cash handling, receipts reconciliation and reporting
• Control costs and inventory for concessions and café stock; manage purchases
• Coordinate theatre maintenance and safety procedures and oversee promotions and show times
