Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager for its theatre to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and serve as a representative to the company. The role requires coordinating scheduling, training, and ensuring policy compliance while delivering excellent guest service.

The position involves handling cinema AV systems, cash handling, and safety responsibilities, with opportunities for growth in management and scheduled education programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 3 months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Must review and comply with ROM; Regal Responsible Beverage Server training if selling alcohol.
• Experience with projection and audio-visual systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise staff and assist GM with scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and manage film handling and maintenance.
• Monitor safety, security, and loss prevention; ensure compliance with policies and dress code.
• Handle cash receipts, deposits, and reconciliations; manage concessions inventory and ordering.
