Regal Entertainment Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations and supervise staff across daily activities, ensuring safe and efficient performance. This hourly role emphasizes leadership, policy compliance, and excellent customer service in a busy cinema environment.

The successful candidate will manage ticketing, concessions, training, scheduling, and coordination with the General Manager and HR, while maintaining adherence to company standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, or equivalent.
• If alcohol is sold, comply with state/local training and Regal Academy requirements.

Responsabilités

• Attend regularly and uphold theatre policies.
• Supervise and coach non-management staff.
• Operate projection/AV equipment and related theatre systems.
• Recruiting/hiring decisions with GM oversight and HR, where applicable.
• Manage inventory, concessions stock, and daily expenses.
