Job summary

Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee theatre operations, supervise staff, and represent Regal in line with our mission and policies. This hourly role requires ensuring attendance, policy adherence, staff coaching, and service excellence.

The position includes operating projection/AV equipment, maintaining safety, managing cash receipts, and coordinating hiring with HR. Alcohol certification may be required where applicable and compensation includes theatre perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise theatre staff and operations; ensure attendance and policy adherence.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and film handling.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction; manage cash handling.
• Oversee scheduling, interviewing, and coaching with HR oversight.
• Control costs, purchasing, inventory, and maintenance coordination.
• Promote films and marketing activities; ensure timely show times.
