Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core).
• Complete basic food handling training and any local/state certifications where required.
• Safe Alcohol Service training if handling alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provide excellent Guest service and accurate cash handling.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and to work in a team or independently.
• Ability to train and lead others and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff communication.
• Work in all departments and theatre job functions; train and coach Team Members.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitor safety, security, and cleanliness of the theatre and equipment.
• Ensure dress code compliance and high-quality guest service.
• Report employee relations issues to the General Manager and follow protocol.
• Handle cash accurately and maintain high work ethic and conduct standards.
