Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support all theatre operations and ensure policy adherence. You will be cross-trained across departments and contribute to staff development through effective coaching.

The role emphasizes team leadership, exceptional guest service, and maintaining safety standards while collaborating with the General Manager to drive daily performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in all theatre departments
• Experience training and coaching staff beneficial
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager
• Supports GM’s decisions and communicates with staff
• Works in all departments and fills theatre job functions
• Trains and coaches team members
• Prepares administrative and special reports
• Inspects theatre facilities and equipment
• Ensures dress code compliance
• Delivers superior guest service
• Adheres to Cinemark policies and safety guidelines
• Reports employee relations issues per protocol
• Maintains high work ethic and conduct standards
• Addresses safety and security concerns as needed
