The role involves supporting the General Manager, preparing reports, and ensuring safety and dress code compliance while maintaining high service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operation and ensure policies are followed.
• Cross-trained in all departments to support operations.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper dress code.
• Provide superior guest service and resolve issues promptly.
