Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED and completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program (MAP Core).
• Willingness to complete local/state certifications and health cards for food handling.
• Experience in guest service and cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager and follow leadership directions.
• Train and coach Team Members in their functions.
• Assist in preparing administrative reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and high-quality guest service across departments.
