Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, ensuring policies and standards are met. You will be cross-trained across departments and participate in the Management Accreditation Program to progress to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager.

Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, coaching staff, preparing reports, and maintaining a safe, friendly, and efficient cinema environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all theatre departments and procedures.
• Train and coach team members in job functions.
• Support General Manager and communicate with staff.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and merchandise integrity.
