Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the theatre, ensuring policies are followed and standards are met. You will be cross trained across all departments and motivate staff through Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.

You will assist the General Manager, train team members, prepare administrative reports, maintain safety and service standards, and pursue progression to Senior Assistant Manager and beyond after six months’ experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program within six months.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Works in all departments and theatre functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of theatre facilities.
• Provides excellent Guest service and resolves issues promptly.
• Maintains adherence to Cinemark policies and procedures.
