You will be cross-trained to support where needed and participate in the Management Accreditation Program to advance toward Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager roles.

You will lead by example, train teams, ensure guest satisfaction, manage schedules, and help with reports while maintaining safety and compliance in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to train and lead others across theatre departments.
