Evenings, weekends, and holidays required; strong communication, leadership, and cash handling skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent Guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff decisions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparation of administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures theatre safety, cleanliness, and adherence to dress code.
• Interacts with guests to provide superior customer service and resolve issues.
• Enforces Cinemark policies and reporting protocols for employee relations.
