Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations and ensure policy adherence. You’ll be cross-trained in all departments and mentored toward Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager through the Management Accreditation Program.

Responsibilities include training staff, generating reports, safety checks, and delivering exceptional guest service while following Cinemark guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or GED completion preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Basic food handling training and local/state certifications where required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and support staff across all theatre departments.
• Train and coach team members in their job functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Enforce policy, safety, and dress code guidelines with consistency.
• Deliver superior guest service and resolve routine employee relations issues.
