Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support all theatre operations, ensuring policy adherence and high service standards.

The role involves cross-training across departments and coaching staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As part of the Management Accreditation Program, you will train and progress toward elevated roles such as Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager after completion of required courses and six months of demonstrated

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their duties.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitors building, property, and equipment condition and reports repairs.
