Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our theatre operations, with cross-department coverage and a focus on guest experience.

You will support the General Manager and lead team members across departments to maintain service standards. The role requires managing schedules, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with Cinemark guidelines while promoting a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre and ensure policies are followed.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Interact with Guests to deliver superior customer service and resolve issues.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns to the General Manager.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
