Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and uphold policies. You will be cross-trained across departments and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role offers growth through the Management Accreditation Program and advancement to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after six months of demonstrated performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required; Management Accreditation Program coursework preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the theatre and ensure policies are followed.
• Cross-train in all departments to support daily needs.
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific roles.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Interact with Guests to deliver superior service and maintain standards.
